Costs vary by piece size, fabric selection, and work required. A dining chair typically starts around $150–$350, a loveseat $600–$1,400, and a full sofa $800–$2,000+. We always provide a detailed written estimate before any work begins. There are no surprises — you approve the quote before we touch a thing.
-
Most residential projects are completed within 2–4 weeks from the moment you confirm fabric and approve your quote. More complex pieces, specialty fabric orders, or custom manufacturing typically take 4–8 weeks. Rush turnaround is sometimes possible — contact us to discuss your timeline.

If your piece has a solid hardwood frame, reupholstering is almost always the better choice. Quality-built frames from the mid-20th century were constructed to last 50+ years — far better than most new furniture at comparable price points. You also get total control over fabric, firmness, and style, rather than settling for whatever's on the showroom floor. Plus, reupholstering is the more sustainable option.
-
Absolutely. We're happy to work with fabric you've sourced yourself. Before you purchase, contact us first — we'll calculate the exact yardage needed for your piece and advise on whether the fabric's weight and weave are suitable for upholstery. Some fabrics, while beautiful, aren't durable enough for high-use furniture and we want to help you make an informed decision.

Yes. We offer pickup and delivery throughout greater Montreal, including the South Shore, North Shore, Laval, and surrounding areas. There is an additional fee for this service based on distance and piece size. Contact us when requesting your quote to include pickup/delivery in your estimate.

We work on virtually any upholstered piece: sofas, loveseats, sectionals, armchairs, dining chairs, accent chairs, ottomans, footstools, poufs, headboards, chaise lounges, window seats, banquettes, and more. We also handle commercial furniture for restaurants, hotels, and offices.

Yes, and it's some of our most rewarding work. We have extensive experience with antique and heirloom pieces spanning Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, and Mid-Century Modern styles. We take great care to preserve original carved wood details, tufting patterns, and joinery while fully restoring the upholstery to museum-quality condition.
-
We maintain an in-house selection of 200+ upholstery-grade fabrics including: velvets (plain, patterned, crushed), linens, bouclés, performance weaves (stain-resistant and pet/child-friendly), faux suedes, microfibers, and genuine leathers (full-grain, top-grain, and faux leather alternatives). We can also source specialty or designer fabrics on request — just bring us a sample or a reference.
-
Yes, and often that's all that's needed. Targeted repairs are often a fraction of the cost of full reupholstering. We can fix broken frames, replace or re-tie springs, patch and colour-match leather, repair seams and zippers, replace foam in specific sections, reattach or replace buttons, and more. We'll always recommend the most cost-effective solution for your specific situation.

In most cases, yes — especially if the frame is solid hardwood. Reupholstering typically costs 40–70% less than buying a comparable new piece of the same quality. You also get to choose your exact fabric, and the result is built to a higher standard than mass-market furniture.
